Teacher Reimbursement Requests
Requests for field trip expenses, supplies reimbursement, and special funding. All requests are subject to a vote by the Las Juntas PTA board members.
Qualifying field trip expenses include bus fares and admission tickets for students and teachers. (At this time, we are unable to fund parent chaperones)
Requests from July 1, 2023 - November 1, 2023 must be submitted by November 10, 2023. Receipts must be dated within this timeframe.
Requests for November 2, 2023 - May 1, 2024 must be submitted by May 2, 2024. Receipts must be dated within this timeframe.
Requests will be reviewed monthly at our board meetings. If your request is approved, please allow 72 hours for reimbursement check to be issued.
